ANASTASIA S.
from
UNIVERSAL BALLET ACADEMY WASHINGTON
born in Saint-Petersburg (Russia )living in Los Angeles, California

Variations from “Paquita”, “Don Quixote”,
“The Dying Swan”and several contemporary pieces.

After studying 2.5 years with former Kirov Ballet star Marat Daukayev, having numerous performances in Los Angeles and San Francisco area, she advanced to the Youth America Grand Prix finale in New York and won a scholarship to The Universal Ballet Academy in Washington DC, under direction of a former Kirov Ballet artistic director Mr. Oleg Vinogradov. Studying now under the supervision of Madam G. Kozlova (former Bolshoi Theatre soloist).

Participating in the shooting of Michael Jackson’s video-clip “Heal the World”. Modeling jobs for “American Girl” magazine and for the junior division of “FORD Models”. Working for many publications of magazines such as “Rolling Stones”, “Teen”, “All About You”, “Cosmo Girl”, “Teen Vogue”. Appearing in several TV commercials nationwide for “Barbie”, JC Penney” and “Mervyn’s”. Leading part in the film “A Christmas Tree and A Wedding”, based on the F.M. Dostoyevsky story
